Wednesday | 3:00-4:00 PM | Ages 14-101
This is a fitness class where the students will be challenged with a sweaty, interval, exercise routine for about 25-30 minutes. These workout routines have already been developed by professional, certified fitness trainers. We will rotate through some cardio movements, then transition into some core exercises, and finally, utilize weights to strengthen our bodies for the best they can be! These exercises can be modified for all fitness-levels and capabilities. I promise to make it fun and play a lot of great music. Materials to bring: Appropriate clothing, yoga mat/towel, & water bottle.
