This class incorporates the core-strengthening exercises from Pilates and Yoga while using fast paced sequences for a full body workout. PiYo is a low-impact workout that develops strength and flexibility. Please bring your own floor mat for the class.
Childcare will be provided for this class.
*Consider taking the 30 min Stretch and Strengthen class following this one for a fully balanced workout.This is an Arts Academy class. Class length is 32 weeks divided into 2 – 16 week semesters.
