Tuesday | 11:00-11:30 AM | Ages 18 & Up
This is a short slow paced class designed to stretch the body and maintain flexibility. Participants can stay after PiYo for a cool down and stretch, or come and join us for a quick and effective class that increases balance, decreases muscle tension and develops strength. Please bring your own floor mat.
Childcare will be provided for this class.This is an Arts Academy class. Class length is 32 weeks divided into 2 – 16 week semesters.
