I was home-schooled my whole life, and I’m a ridiculously creative person who has also wanted to be Jewish since I was about five and saw Fiddler On The Roof for the first time. I was deeply involved in the Messianic Jewish community for six years – studying Hebrew at a local Messianic synagogue during middle school, before going on to study on my own in a more advanced textbook and through high-school and also teaching an elementary-level Hebrew class at the synagogue around the same time. I’ve been crocheting since the age of 10, and had a business with it to make extra money around middle school and early high school age, where I took orders from people and sold mostly stuffed animals for children and a few shawls. I’ve also been involved in theatre for a couple of years, I played Gilmer in the musical Godspell at Brevard Little Theatre over the summer of 2016 and have been dancing at In His Steps Dance Ministry for 15 years. I’m also a huge writer, one of my main passions, actively writing several books and hoping to get them published eventually. I love people in general and being able to help others learn has always been a super exciting thing – this will be my first year teaching at Elevate and I can hardly wait!
